The Rock ‘N Race on May 21st at 6pm is going to be a great opportunity for the CRNAs of NH to show support for the Payson Center for Cancer Care at Concord Hospital. The Rock ‘N Race has raised more than $3 million dollars for the Payson Center for Cancer Care and was rated as one of the best community running events in NH. For those that have been at the race, the energy is contagious-it is a party on Main St. for a great cause.
This year I have registered a team “NH Nurse Anesthetists” and would love to have NH CRNAs join myself and others to have a fun evening while raising money for a great cause.
My team goal is to have about 10% of CRNAs in NH run or walk the event or contribute to the cause if you are unable to attend. We need to have 10 team members to be eligible for team shirts. I would like to raise $2250 for the event which represents about $10 per CRNA in NH, if we raise $3000 we are considered “Rock Stars” and are acknowledged with brightly colored T-shirts with a special screen.

–families and friends are welcome to join as well!
CRNAs are a special breed of people, we thrive in stressful, demanding environments. I feel we must take care of ourselves as well as we care for our patients.
